486 hectares of land on the Berg River (2kms of river), river being perfect to develop as the healing centre and outdoor water activity area where we could build wooden structures - plenty of clay for cob housing. There is a white "beach" with crystal clean water - just stunning. The Pickettberg mountains are in the distance and we would have permission from a very receptive community to do horse and mountain bike trails.

The asking price is R11 million and I know it is worth much more and he would probably drop to R10 million. The farm down the road is 94 hectares and going for R4 million and doesn't have
