486 hectares of land on the Berg River (2kms of river), river being perfect to develop as the healing centre and outdoor water activity area where we could build wooden structures - plenty of clay for cob housing. There is a white "beach" with crystal clean water - just stunning. The Pickettberg mountains are in the distance and we would have permission from a very receptive community to do horse and mountain bike trails.
Main crop - Watermelons (being produced for export as is all the vegetables on the land), every conceivable vegetable, bee keeping, you name it, fields of wheat and barley, enough food to feed thousands of people...... And it is a brilliant location for film industry and exactly 120kms from the City
There is the main house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, lovely farm kitchen and scullery - all furniture made from the land. Outside room attached to house for candle making, soaps etc. A garage for 6 vehicles. Two garages for farm equipment and harvesters. A huge office area and storeroom. Five free standing houses which could accommodate youth or tourism (back backer???). Stables and pig pen.
The river is mind blowing, can be developed into something so beautiful, gets its water from Ceres which has just devastated the farm lands surrounding this farm, so lots of cleaning up to do. Loads of fish, dams can also be developed into fish farms.
The asking price is R11 million and I know it is worth much more and he would probably drop to R10 million. The farm down the road is 94 hectares and going for R4 million and doesn't have infrastructure - with the MylifE branding we could start a number of great business enterprises and it is off the N7 where there is land to set up a farm stall.
this is all really new for me (as you can tell) but i am driven to try and make people more aware of a problem happening all around us every day.
unfortunately the plight of the worlds street children is far too often overlooked and ignored. www.mylife.org.za is a charity based in cape town that has chosen not to look the other way. i am very involved with them and we are trying to make a difference. you too can get involved just by visiting this site regulary and by making a donation now and then. we have a very high success rate at rehabilitating kids off of the hardest drugs and out of the most desperate situations!

It was done in 3hrs on the streets where I live. My beautiful girlfriend Landi Swanepoel blessed us with appearances here and there!!
